We offer a 14-day return period, meaning you have 14 days from the date you receive the item to request a return. This applies to new items that are unused, in their original packaging, and with tags attached. For vintage or second-hand items, please note that returns may be subject to specific conditions, such as the item being defective or not as described. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or lightly used, with tags attached, and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please be aware that if your country of residence is not the Portugal, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

Damages and Issues
Please check your order immediately upon receipt, and if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Day Reflection Period for the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason, without providing any explanation. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as you received it, unused or lightly used, with tags attached and in the original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return so you know whether the refund was approved or not. If approved, the amount will be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
