Dear Customer,

The European Union has created a platform to support consumers in filing complaints related to consumer disputes. In this context, we provide all the necessary information so that you can exercise your right to file a complaint with an official, third-party, and impartial entity—known as a “dispute resolution entity”—that will assist you in resolving your case.

If you are not satisfied with the purchase of a product or service on our website, or with the solution that has been proposed to you, you can access the official website of the European Online Dispute Resolution platform via the following link:

What is alternative dispute resolution?

Alternative dispute resolution allows consumers to seek assistance from official entities that help resolve or guide them through a conflict, thus avoiding, whenever possible, taking the matter to court.

In general, the process works as follows: the consumer requests the intervention of an impartial third party, who acts as a mediator between them and the trader concerned. The mediator may suggest a solution, impose a binding decision, or bring both parties together to facilitate an agreement.

You may already be familiar with this concept under other terms, such as mediation, conciliation, arbitration, or consumer dispute resolution commissions.

This method is usually faster, less formal, and more cost-effective than taking legal action.
