Defiant NF MF.II UK Airplane

The Boulton Paul Defiant NF MK.II was a British night fighter used during World War II. Unlike conventional fighters, it featured a rear-facing turret with four .303 Browning machine guns instead of forward-firing weapons. Initially deployed as a day fighter, the Defiant struggled against faster enemy aircraft but found success in night combat, intercepting German bombers during the Blitz.
